Duostock Privacy Policy

Duostock is not available yet. This policy describes how the App will handle data once it is. Section 7 also covers this website, which you are visiting now.

Duostock (“the App”) is developed by Tiny Ops (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the App will collect when a seller connects it to their Etsy shop and their Shopify store, how we will use it, how long we will keep it, and the rights of sellers and their buyers.

1. Information the App will collect

When you connect the App to your Etsy shop and your Shopify store, and only with the permissions you approve on each, it will access:

• Connection details: your Etsy shop's and your Shopify store's identifiers, and the Etsy and Shopify OAuth tokens that let the App work with them.
• Listings and inventory: your Etsy listings and your Shopify products, their SKUs and their inventory quantities.
• Order information: for each paid Etsy order, what is needed to create the matching order in Shopify: the buyer's name, the shipping address and the items ordered; and the tracking of its shipment, to send it back to Etsy.

2. How we will use information

We will use this information only to provide the App's features:

• linking your Etsy listings to your Shopify products by SKU;
• keeping inventory in sync in both directions, to prevent overselling;
• importing each paid Etsy order into Shopify for fulfillment, and sending its tracking back to Etsy;
• support and security.

Order information from your Etsy shop is sent to your Shopify store, and tracking from your Shopify store to your Etsy shop, because moving it between the two at your request is what the App does.

3. What we never do

• We never sell any of this information.
• We never use data from Etsy for analytics or advertising, or with artificial intelligence, including to train AI or machine learning models.
• We never share this information with third parties, except the service providers listed below.

4. Service providers

• Etsy, Inc. — the Etsy platform (United States), whose API the App uses.
• Shopify Inc. — the Shopify platform and billing (Canada).
• Railway Corp. — application hosting and database (United States).
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of this website, and Cloudflare Email Routing, which receives the emails sent to support@shiponce.app (United States).
• Google LLC — Gmail, the mailbox those emails are forwarded to (United States).

5. Data retention

• The App keeps your data only while your shop and your store are connected to it.
• Data from Etsy that the App keeps is refreshed at least every 6 hours.
• When you disconnect the App from your Etsy shop or your Shopify store, we delete its Etsy and Shopify tokens, and delete or irreversibly anonymize the rest of the data it holds for you: your shop's and store's identifiers, the listing and inventory data and the order information.

6. Sellers' and buyers' rights

Buyers who want to access, correct or delete their data should contact the seller, who is the data controller; we act as a data processor on the seller's behalf. Sellers can contact us directly at support@shiponce.app.

7. This website and cookies

This website is a set of static pages hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking or advertising scripts. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages. If you email us, for example to be notified, we use your email address and message only to reply and to tell you when Duostock is available, and we delete them when you ask.

Once available, the App will use only what it needs to keep you signed in, and no tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Security

Access to the App's production data will be limited to the developer. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify affected sellers without undue delay.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page and, once the App is available, in the App, at least 30 days before they take effect.
