These terms govern the use of Duostock (“the App”), an app that connects an Etsy shop with a Shopify store, provided by Tiny Ops, operated by Nicolás Sánchez as an individual (“we”, “us”). By connecting the App to your Etsy shop or your Shopify store, you (“the seller”) accept them on behalf of that shop and store.

1. The service

The App links your Etsy listings to your Shopify products by SKU, without duplicating or deleting any of them; keeps their inventory in sync in both directions, to prevent overselling; and imports your paid Etsy orders into Shopify for fulfillment, sending their tracking back to Etsy. What each plan includes will be shown in the App and on its Shopify App Store listing.

2. Your responsibilities

You choose which listings and products the App links. You remain responsible for your listings, your inventory, fulfilling your orders, and your communications with your buyers; the App assists but does not replace your review. Use the App only as Etsy's terms, Shopify's terms and the law allow.

3. Billing

Paid plans will be billed by Shopify, on your Shopify bill, through Shopify's app billing. The price and any charges are shown before you approve them. Plan price changes will be announced at least 60 days in advance.

4. Cancellation

You can stop using the App at any time by disconnecting it from your Etsy shop or your Shopify store, or by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. Billing stops when you uninstall it, and your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. The App as is

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, overselling or inventory discrepancies, delayed or failed shipments, carrier charges or other shipping costs, and refunds you issue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD 100.

7. Other terms that apply

Your use of Etsy is governed by Etsy's terms, and your use of Shopify, including how Shopify bills app charges, by Shopify's Terms of Service. The App is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute is subject to the courts of the city of Santa Fe, Province of Santa Fe, Argentina.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, once the App is available, in the App, at least 30 days before they take effect.
